    The thing which I love about Big Muscles is that they give you the required protein and all essential nutrients at such a cost effective price but Bigmuscles must improve on taste quality. Its very bad. I recommend you to take this protein with milk for better taste because with water there is a kind of like raw atta flavour.

    After using it for a month now, i have observed it doesn’t digest very well, it remains in the stomach for a really long time, i also experienced lack of appetite after using the product. I would take Asitis before and I suggest that only if you want to have a protein in a low price range.

    there is not any problem with mixing u can mix it easily by 2 3 shakes , yes it is unflavoured but protein is good by its price.

    I have decades of experience in sports, fitness and Bodybuilding. Trust me, this product is really good source of whey protein supplement. First of all people who have given negative reviews doesn’t know anything about sports, about human body and about nutrition. To get an top notch quality of body, strength and endurance one must at a macro level understand how different systems of the human body works. Viz. Circulatory System, Digestive System, Endocrine System, Immune System, Lymphatic System, Muscular System, Nervous System, Reproductive System, Respiratory System, Skeletal System, Skin and Urinary System. Most importantly one must understand value of nutrition. 80% of your result in such type of sport depends upon nutrition[which includes supplements] and 20% on training.The definition of supplement is “a thing added to something else in order to complete or enhance it.”. So, this whey protein supplement is an addition to your daily nutrition and not primary source of nutrition. Your primary source of nutrition is real home made healthy and nutritious food which should include non-veg[for non vegetarian], green vegetables, fruits, nuts, good source of fibre, legumes, dairy products etc. Since there is no fast absorbing protein food, we rely on such whey protein supplement viz post workout.You don’t have to be a genius to look good. Have faith in science which is backed-up by data and have faith in yourself and in your hard work. To lose weight you need to be 20% below your maintenance calories level each day and have small meals in a day to increase your metabolism. Calculate your maintenance calories if not each day but in a week. This is by far the most effective and healthy way to lose weight and look good as well. To gain muscle you need to be in 20% above your calorie maintenance level each day and have small meals in a day to increase your metabolism. In some cases, metabolism doesn’t matter and hence number of meals also doesn’t matter. In either case i.e. Loose weight or gain muscle you need to calculate your maintenance calories based upon your body type.At macro level, there are three human body types: Endomorph, Mesomorph, and Ectomorph. So calculate your diet macros based upon your body type. Diet macros are nothing but ratio of protein, carbs and fats in your diet. For example a typical diet macros for a Endomorph body type should be 35% protein, 25% carbs and 40% fat. Since everyone is unique at micro level there is no ultimate diet plan. You have to figure out yourself which diet suits you by listening to you body and not to others. Your protein intake should be at least 1gm per kilogram of your body weight.However there is a simple mantra for fitness i.e. Eat good healthy homemade real food, take supplements[whey protein, multivitamin, multimineral and Omega-3s]etc, workout really hard without getting any injury, give enough rest your body and repeat the procedure of eating, working-out and resting.Follow the above and you will get your results. Don’t expect miracles overnight. It takes years to build muscle. There is no shortcut to hard work. Nobody is superior and nobody is inferior but nobody is equal either, people are unique at micro level so don’t compare yourself with anyone because you will only be insulting yourself. Some will gain muscles or lose fat really fast without proper dieting and without proper workout. Those are genetically blessed. Some will be stronger than you with half of your muscle size but don’t get upset, depressed or demotivated. It’s fine to be imperfect in some aspects and to feel inferior because nobody is perfect. Rather than worrying about how many people are better than you, start thinking about how many people are worst than you. If there are millions of people who are better than you then there are millions of people who are worst than you as well!!! The choice of thought depends upon how peaceful and happy life you want to spend. If you want to spend your life restless and being jealous all the time then you will choose to worry about all those people who are better than you and you will never have time to work upon yourself to improve. If you want to choose to live an happy and peaceful life then you will choose to think about how better you are than millions of people. You can think about those who are better than you just for sake of motivation. If you choose to live an peaceful life by not comparing yourself with someone superior than you, then you will have time to self-assess so that you can self-evaluate, self-verify and self-enhance. You will have time to work upon yourself to become a better person than you were before!!! Having said that, you don’t waste your time in making people feel inferior who are worst than you. Just concentrate upon yourself, be motivated by people who are better than you and motivate people who are worse than you.
