Health drinks are beneficial for healthy. But do they actually work?Malted beverages are popularly known as health drinks in India. While marketers have positioned such beverages as nutritious drinks, these are widely consumed as taste enhancers to encourage drinking of milk among growing children.

You don’t need us to remind you that a well-balanced diet is essential for living a healthy life if you’re reading this post.
