Ingredients needed- I cup of multigrain flour, 1 ½ tablespoon of brown sugar, ½ tablespoon of baking powder, ¼ tablespoon of salt, 1 egg,⅓ cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter or vegetable oil.
How to make –
Step 1- For making the multi-grain pancakes, (2 servings) mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2- Mix egg (whisked), milk, and vegetable oil (or melted butter) in a separate bowl.
