Process
Milk is collected from free-grazing grass-fed Gir cows and then cultured for curd. The curd is then churned clockwise and anticlockwise which helps to keep the essential nutrients in the ghee. All the processes are performed in natural and organic manner without the addition of any adulterants or preservatives which helps the consumer to worry less about the product. Betel leaf is added as a natural antioxidant that improves the color, and aroma texture and prevents it from deterioration.
