The Best optimum nutrition flavor you can have

Do you want to buy the optimum nutrition protein but have confusion or don’t know much about its vast and different flavours?

Don’t worry here you will get to know all about optimum nutrition protein and its different flavours so you can choose one according to your choice your protein requirement and mixability.

Optimum Nutrition is the most popular protein powder on the market for a variety of reasons: it’s cheap, it contains three types of whey — concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate — and it receives high purity and label-accuracy ratings from third-party testing agencies. That is a difficult question. Not only is “best flavour” highly subjective but Optimum Nutrition also offers optimum protein in a variety of flavours. Dozens. There are three strawberry-flavoured options, four cake-flavoured options, and ten chocolate-flavoured options. We tasted every single one of them to see which ones stand out and which should be avoided.

Flavours with the Most Nutrition

However, Optimum Nutrition offers so many flavours (20+) that it’s difficult to choose. The first thing that comes to mind is “What is the finest Optimum Nutrition flavour?”

Here they are:

These flavours must taste like what it says. If it’s chocolate it always tastes like chocolate. The same goes for other flavours. This is rare in protein powders because they almost never taste like how it’s labelled. (But the  below do)These flavours must be versatile. It could be water, shake, smoothie, banana, pancake etc.

These are the best optimum nutrition protein flavour

  1. Chocolate coconut

Chocolate Coconut offers a creamy, silky milk chocolate flavour with a hint of coconut. It’s light, not overly sweet, and goes well with milk or water. It instantly became one of my favourites after I first tasted it. Some people compare it to the Almond Joy candy. The coconut is there but it doesn’t stand out as much as the chocolate. The chocolate is similar to another Optimum Nutrition flavour.

2)Banana cream

Banana Cream is a well-kept secret. It isn’t very popular. And few people are aware of it. But it tastes so genuine and genuine. It’s sweet and doesn’t leave a gritty aftertaste. Does it have a banana flavour? A bit. But the banana popsicles and banana-flavoured candies are what it really tastes like. I don’t mind if it’s a little contrived. It’s just delectable. The only issue is that if you don’t like bananas, you won’t enjoy this. If you do, however, this will rapidly become one of your favourites. Banana Cream is also one of the most adaptable tastes on the market. A banana in a protein smoothie is always fantastic, as you know. So you can combine Banana Cream with other flavours to make an even more delicious protein smoothie. The flavours of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla mix well together.

 3) Double rich chocolate

Optimum Nutrition’s base chocolate flavour is Double Rich Chocolate. Every company sells one, but theirs is the best. This isn’t your typical chocolate. The flavour of Double Rich Chocolate is intensely chocolaty. It’s rich, creamy, and savoury. It’s similar to sipping chocolate milk. And you won’t believe how good it tastes when mixed with milk. Trust me. I’ve tried low-cost chocolate protein powders in the past (Muscle Milk in particular). And it’s nothing like Double Rich Chocolate. It’s a bar of delicious chocolate. You may use it with anything.

4) Extreme Milk Chocolate

Probably the most popular Optimum Nutrition flavour. However, it should not be mistaken for Double Rich Chocolate. They have a similar flavour, but Extreme Milk Chocolate, as its name suggests, brings chocolate to a whole new level. An extremely extreme Milk Chocolate is the best flavour. Double Rich Chocolate tastes like a tablespoon of basic cocoa. Extreme Milk Chocolate is a richer and sweeter version of conventional milk chocolate. It’s delicious in both water and milk. Optimum Nutrition, on the other hand, has a hard time coming up with flavours that go well with water. They’ve finally nailed it with Extreme Milk Chocolate. This is the flavour to choose if you enjoy chocolate. Sweet milk chocolate flavour is what you can expect from this flavour. It’s almost twice as sweet as Double Rich Chocolate. You don’t even need milk with it because it’s so delicious. You can get a milky taste with just water. Extreme Milk Chocolate is renowned when compared to other chocolate varieties. There’s no competition between Hershey’s chocolate and instant hot chocolate. So you can have it. I am sure you will like it because of its taste.

5)  Mocha Cappuccino

Extreme Milk Chocolate is as popular as Mocha Cappuccino. These are, without a doubt, the two best Optimum Nutrition tastes. You’ll get an appealing chocolate flavour with delicate coffee notes the moment you take a drink. And the coffee tastes incredibly authentic (maybe because coffee is listed as an ingredient!). Plus, all you need is water to make it taste fantastic. I don’t mind if you don’t drink coffee either. It’s just too good. No other flavour from Optimum Nutrition comes close. This is their crown jewel. And you’d be making a mistake to try anything else ahead of Mocha Cappuccino.

6) Cookies and creams

You’ll hear many different viewpoints on Cookies & Cream. Regardless of where you seek protein powder taste recommendations. When it comes to delivering this flavor, many manufacturers fall short. It might taste salty. Even chocolate-vanilla combinations are ineffective. However, a few years ago, Gold Standard Whey retooled the formula. It now makes an excellent choice. We gave it a shot, and the results were evenly split. Half of our crew liked it, while the other half despised it. Give it a try if you enjoy betting. It is one of the most creamy and delicious flavors that optimum nutrition offers. It is one of the best because it contains a creamy flavor with crispy cookies in it. Its miscibility with water as well as milk is very good. It’s one scoop contains 30 gm of powder and which contains 24 grams of protein.
