Ground cashews blended in almond milk,  flavoured with miso, thyme and salt. The result is a smooth, creamy cheese with that special umami kick. It goes really well with crackers, sourdough or grated on your pasta.

What’s in it? 

Cashews, almond milk, agar, olive oil, miso, nutritional yeast, thyme, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice.

How to consume miso shmeese?

o Have it as is, as a cocktail snack!
o Grate it on your pasta, salad or pizza
o Have it with crackers or on sourdough
