1) Non-vegetarians consume a very high amount of protein. As nonvegetarian food includes eggs, meat, fish, etc. Proteins works as fuel to your body it helps in functioning.

2)Iron majorly controls the blood flow of the body. Non-vegan food provides a huge amount of Iron. Along with food that contains iron substances like zinc, the vitamin is also present. These other nutrients are essential too.

3)Fishes include omega-3 in them. Omega-3 is essential as it helps in sharpening the brain and helps in preventing cancer. Non-vegetarian food is also called a portion of food that has a complete source of protein. As it has all nine amino acids present in them.

1)They stated that your food should not only be a source of nourishment to your body. You need to see what emotions they generate. When animals go through the slaughtering process during that time they have different emotions filled in them. At first, they are scared and angry and as you cut them they get the feeling of helplessness. That is the vibration they generate at that particular time. When we consume the same food the same vibration is generated within us. Several holy books mention the vibration that is received from meat-eating.

2) Another main reason is that when we eat mean or any non-vegetarian food our digestive system takes hours to digest the food. And hence our gut takes time to clean our system. Our digestive system is about 16 -20 feet big. Which is large. It takes at least 50-56 hours for cooked meat to get digested. When we keep consuming meat our digestive system doesn’t remain clean. Which in order gives rise to different health problems. It is even said that meat is not suitable for the human digestive system.

Ayurvedic states that humans should eat food that is given by the nature and which has no violence in them.

Conclusion

According to me if you want to have a clear mind and want to be physically strong and feel less lethargic then you should go vegan. There are many sportspeople like Venus Williams and Scott Jurek who have a very good bodies and consume proteins by being vegans.

If you are a vegetarian (those who eat products that are from animals ) you should consume milk, and ghee and purchase them freshly from a farm. If you can’t become completely vegan or vegetarian then you can try minimizing the amount of meat consumption.
