1. Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

Smoothies with peanut butter and chocolate? YUM! Let us look at the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Yogurt
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Ice cubes or chunks

Instructions:

In a blender add these ingredients one by one. Put the frozen bananas, milk, yogurt, honey and cocoa powder. Blend them until smooth.

Add ice and blend them until smooth. Now take a bowl and chocolate syrup on the sides for a chocolaty taste. Pour down the prepared smoothie mixture into the bowl and enjoy!

2. Belgian Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • Maple syrup
  • Dark chocolate
  • Whipped cream

Step by Step Instructions

In a large bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to mix them well.

Then whisk the ingredients together in the bowl. Take another bowl and combine vanilla extract, oil, eggs and milk along with the dry ingredients. Add the bananas that are sliced.

Take another bowl add them with the oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Make a crater and pour in this mixture. For a smooth texture, whisk some more until you get the fine consistency.

In the waffle maker, coat the wells with the cooking spray and pour in ¼ cup of batter every scoop. Cook the waffles for 5 minutes until you get the crispy brown texture. Your tasty waffles are now ready!

3. Quesadillas



Ingredients:

Olive oil

2 tbsp butter
2 whole grain tortillas or gluten free
Three strawberries
1 sliced banana
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Chocolates as you desire
 

Step by Step Instructions:
Take a large skillet, add olive oil or cooking spray and bring the heat to a medium heat.
 
Now take the tortillas and spread desired amount of peanut butter on it. Then take the ingredients that have mentioned before such as strawberries and bananas. Remember that they have to be sliced before placing them in the tortillas. To add more flavor to the quesadilla, top it with some cinnamon powder and chocolate chips. Now take another tortilla and apply peanut over it. Then place it on the prepared tortilla upside down. Gently press it down so they would stick together without breaking up.

The skillet will be hot and ready to cook. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and flip it in 1- 2 minutes on each side. Cook them until they become golden brown. Slowly take out the prepared quesadilla and cut it three times in order to make 6 triangles. This recipes serves for two.

4. Peanut Butter Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Peanut sauce
  • Gluten free soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Chicken breast
  • Roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 carrots diced
  • Spinach
  • Green onion
  • 1 bell pepper (red, yellow, green)
  • Cilantro
  • 1 grated ginger

Step by Step Instructions:

Take a bowl and mix these ingredients. Add in the soy sauce, ginger, honey, peanut , vinegar and warm water. Mix them well until they are combined together. For a pinch of spiciness, add the bell peppers and red pepper flakes.

Now make the wraps by adding carrots, spinach, green onion, peanuts, chicken breasts that are sliced between the two tortillas.

Carefully make sure that you wrap the chicken wraps properly so that they don’t fall out. Secure it for a stronger bond with a toothpick.
