Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • Baby Spinach
  • Non-dairy milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Flax seeds
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

Take a blender and add these ingredients one by one. Add the frozen banana, baby spinach, non-diary milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt and ice if you want to. You will know it is done when your blend is completely smooth. Yes, your vegan smoothie is ready to be served!

2. Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Almond butter
  • Non-dairy milk
  • Maple syrup
  • Cocoa powder
  • Frozen strawberries

Instructions:

In a blender, add frozen strawberries and ice along with other mentioned ingredients. Blend till it becomes smooth and drinkable. This is a punch of sweet and fruity flavor smoothie.

Take these ingredients and cut them as required. In a blender, add half avocado, two handfuls of kale, some drops of lime juice, 1 tablespoon cashew nuts and frozen pineapple chunks.

Ingredients:

  • Beet
  • Red berries
  • Cocoa powder
  • Banana
  • Lime
  • Vanilla Extract

  • Non-dairy milk
  • Ice

Instructions:

Take some frozen banana and chop them as you like. You can choose berries of your choice such as cherries or strawberries. Then add these fruits along with beet root, non-dairy milk, few drops of lemon juice, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and protein powder in a blender.

Ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Fresh Carrots

  • Banana
  • Flaxseed or pumpkin seed

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well. You can also add sunflower seeds and protein powder along with this mixture. To top this, add some mango chunks on top. Adding ice to this will result in a refreshing Vegan Mango coconut smoothie.
