3. Adding a more than required amount of protein powder in a single shake.

Too much of powder in a single shake will is unnecessary and can harm the health of your body. Therefore, it is important that only consume as much of it as is advised by a nutritionist or a dietician.

4. Treating protein shakes as your meals.

The shakes are supposed to be an addition and not an option. You should not be using them as a substitute for your meals.
